Olympiad sessions meet on Saturdays. They all include a unique special treat. Examples may include: outdoor field exploration, lab activities, design and construction activities, and even guest speakers! Based on the theme, olympians will receive materials for an engineering model, or materials for conducting a lab experiment.

 

Participants work in pods to collaboratively learn academic content, construct engineering designs, conduct sophisticated labs, and prepare brilliant group presentations, which they will share with their fellow students at the conclusion of each season! Their efforts will result in everyone leaving with at least one or more finished products: hands-on build, a lab experiment, a slideshow and/or portfolio of their work.

THE STEM OLYMPIAD program starts December 7th and ends April 19th.

Picture STEAM at Work

All aboard! There is no "A" in STEM, but there is an A in "Team", and certainly in "Steam!"

Welcome to STEAM:

Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math!

​

As we enjoy the warmth and beauty of the Summer, let's blow off some steam and work as a team! Our young aspiring photographers get to go outside and picture their lives as posh media professionals!

 

By selecting this olympiad experience, you will need one of the following devices: a digital camera, an iPad, or your cell phone will suffice.

​

Olympians will receive instructions on perspective and assignments, while incorporating their own style of art into their digital memory banks. Their photos will be inclusive to nature, architecture, landscapes and cityscapes. At the end of their journey, they will create their own art show documenting their two week experience.

 

Tons of interest, loads of fun!

Activities will include multiple days of outdoor exploration!

PLEASE NOTE: Seats are limited for each session! We are committed to small class sizes to maximize pod learning. Please enroll as soon as possible! We are excited about the 2025-26 school year!
