STEM OLYMPIAD SESSIONS 4-6

Olympiad sessions meet on Saturdays. They all include a unique special treat. Examples may include: outdoor field exploration, lab activities, design and construction activities, and even guest speakers! Based on the theme, olympians will receive materials for an engineering model, or materials for conducting a lab experiment.

 

Participants work in pods to collaboratively learn academic content, construct engineering designs, conduct sophisticated labs, and prepare brilliant group presentations, which they will share with their fellow students at the conclusion of each season! Their efforts will result in everyone leaving with at least one or more finished products: hands-on build, a lab experiment, a slideshow and/or portfolio of their work.

Registration - November 8th - January 17th

THE STEM OLYMPIAD program starts December 7th and ends April 19th.

We will be closed for the holidays (TBD).

THEME 5 - Let's Get Organized: Study Skills and Test Prep

​

Grades 4-6: 1-on-1 and/or Pod Academic Tutoring

​

We will study organizational techniques and prepare for intermediate and pre-high school assessment tests. Don't worry! You may use your in school reading and essay assignments as part of our work together so that you may maximize your time.

​

All STEM Olympians that choose this theme will also have access to speak one-on-one with college mentors! We will address questions unique to each individual student!
