STEM OLYMPIAD SESSIONS

Each olympiad session runs from 8:45am to 12:30pm (EST). They all include a unique special treat. Examples include: outdoor field exploration, lab activities, design and construction activities, and even guest speakers! Based on the theme, olympians will receive materials for an engineering model, or materials for conducting a lab experiment.

 

Each olympian must select their theme of choice prior to enrolling. All of the olympians' work in pods to collaboratively prepare a brilliant group presentation, which they will share with their fellow students at the conclusion of each session! All olympians work collaboratively; Their efforts will result in everyone leaving with a hands-on build, a slideshow and/or portfolio of their work.

Session 1 Dates: 
Orientation: June 28th, 2024
Session One begins July 1st

and continues through July 16th.

We will be closed July 4th and July 5th for the holiday.

Session 2 Dates:
Orientation: July 12th, 2024
Session Two begins July 17th

and continues through July 30th.

Grades 6-8: Balancing Eco-Awareness and Nature!

Exploring Biodiversity, Conservation, Protection of the Earth, and Stewardship

We will learn the principles of observing climate change and energy conservation.

Includes a guest speaker and lab activities!
